This course will give you the basic skills to survive in the wilderness. Friction fire, shelter building, water purification and filtration, primitive trapping, tool and weapon building, and plant identification will be taught and demonstrated. Students will be required to build and sleep in their primitive shelters over night. Students will have workshops in all the various subjects listed above and should be able to demonstrate proficiency when closing the workshop. This course will push and further develop your mental and physical strength. Please arrive ready and determined to give your all so that you can excel in this high paced learning environment. Please do not arrive at this workshop thinking that it will be easy, this immersion course is designed to push you. All this aside, your instructors are world class and will help you every step of the way! After the completion of the course the students will be awarded with our Basic 101 Survival Certificate. This is also a prerequisite for our more advanced survival classes.
